BEFORE ARIZONA: Hailey attended Clemson University for a year prior to transferring to Arizona … She was a member of the women’s team that claimed the 2013 ACC Championship for indoors and outdoors … Indoors, she clocked a time of 54.58 in the 400 meters and 8.48 in the 60-meter hurdles … Outdoors, she ran 14.09 in the 100-meter hurdles and 59.80 in the 400-meter hurdles.
