2015: Indoors, set an Arizona school record on the 60-meter hurdles at the NCAA Championships by clocking a time of 8.16 in the prelims, she would go on to finish in seventh place at the NCAA Championships … Took third at the MPSF Championships in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.19 …  Took fourth place at the Don Kirby Elite in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.23 … Set a personal best at the Armory Track Invite in the 400-meter race with a time of 54.47, good for third place … Outdoors, took sixth place at the NCAA Championships in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 56.98, good for first-team All-American honors … Finished in third place at the Pac-12 Championships in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 56.53 … Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 400-meter hurdles at the NCAA West Preliminaries by clocking a time of 57,60, good for fifth place … Took first place at the ASU Invitational in the 400-meter run with a time of 54.30 … Set a new personal best in the 200-meter dash at the ASU Invitational with a time of 24.47 … Competed at the USA Championships in the 400-meter hurdles in Eugene, Ore. during the summer of 2015 … She advanced to the semifinals of the event by clocking a time of 56.43, a new personal best, but did not qualify for the finals.

2014: Indoors, Hailey wasted no time cementing herself as one of the best Wildcats on the women’s team as well as in the country … Her personal-best time of 8.21 came at The Armory Collegiate Invitational, good for first place in the final … At the meet, Hailey had the fastest preliminary time (8.29), the fastest semifinal time (8.25) and then she won the final as well … Hailey fell in the preliminary round of the 60-meter hurdles at the MPSF Championships, but she still managed to make the final … In said final, Hailey took third place with a time of 8.32 … Also at the MPSF Championships, Hailey ran on the women’s 4x400-meter relay team that finished in second place overall with a season-best time of 3:37.21 … Hailey qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships in the event and clocked a time of 8.31 in the preliminary round, good for 13th place overall … Outdoors, Hailey only ran the 100-meter hurdles on two occasions, her wind-aided time of 13.46 at the Pepsi Oregon Dual was good for second place overall … Her personal-best time of 13.48 came at the UA-ASU-NAU Double Dual and placed her first … In the 400-meter hurdles, Hailey’s primary event, she had a very strong 2014 campaign … At the LSU Alumni Gold, Hailey’s time of 57.07 was good for second place overall … She ran 57.40 at the Pac-12 Championships, earning a runner-up finish in the final … Hailey and teammate Morgan Struble both earned all-conference honors in the event, the first time in UA history a duo has accomplished that feat in the same meet … Hailey’s personal-best time of 56.99 came at the NCAA West Preliminaries and guaranteed her a spot in the semifinal at the NCAA Outdoor Championships … That time is No. 3 in UA history … At the NCAA Championships, Hailey finished in ninth place in the semifinal round, missing the final by one place … She had a time of 57.40 … Hailey, along with Jasper Gray, Tamara Pridgett and Shapri Romero clocked a season-best time of 3:36.51 in the women’s 4x400-meter relay at the Pac-12 Championships, good for second place overall … They qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries and posted a time of 3:37.02, finishing in 15th place.

BEFORE ARIZONA: Hailey attended Clemson University for a year prior to transferring to Arizona … She was a member of the women’s team that claimed the 2013 ACC Championship for indoors and outdoors … Indoors, she clocked a time of 54.58 in the 400 meters and 8.48 in the 60-meter hurdles … Outdoors, she ran 14.09 in the 100-meter hurdles and 59.80 in the 400-meter hurdles.

HIGH SCHOOL: A graduate of Mt. Vernon Presidential School in Atlanta, Ga. … She was the team MVP all four years and earned all-region and all-state honors her sophomore and senior year … She holds school records in the 100-meter hurdles, 300-meter hurdles and 200-meter dash … She was a member of the 4x100-meter relay team that won the Georgia State Championship … In 2011, Hailey won the 400-meter hurdles at the World Youth Championship in France.
