HIGH SCHOOL: A graduate of Warren Township High School, Berman was the team captain his senior year … He earned all-conference and all-district honors in 2012 and 2013 … His top performances in 2013 were 22.8 in the 200 meters, 52.0 in the 400 meters and 43-9 in the triple jump.
PERSONAL: He is the son of Berlin and Reverend Andrew Berman … He has a younger brother, Matthew … His cousin is Damon Stoudamire, an assistant coach for the men’s basketball team at Arizona as well as a former All-American at Arizona in the early 1990’s … He has aspirations of being a lawyer and a politician … He is a political science major.
